28 Years and serving CT and MA. Silvia is a five-time gold medal winner in the National Chef’s Tasting competition. Silvia has been a special guest of the White House chefs in Washington, D. C. the Submarine Kitchen in Groton CT, NASA, National Press Club, Switzerland School of cooking and Management. Silvia also hosted a cooking show.

Silvia personally selects the food for freshness and quality for the menus she prepares. She bakes her breads and pastries from all natural ingredients.

Silvia Salvari, a native of Romania, came to this country in 1984. She worked in several restaurants in New York and New England, sharpening her cooking skills. Silvia brought her knowledge of Eastern European cuisine with her. Her father was an Austrian baker and taught her the art of making bread.

Silvia is Chef of the Year for 2015 from the Connecticut Chefs Association
